Dr. Anna B. Wojcik
The President and Chief Scientist of Hybrid Glass Technologies is Dr. Anna B. Wojcik. Prior to founding Hybrid Glass Technologies, Dr. Wojcik was a Senior Scientist in the fiber optic industry working on low index protective claddings for specialty optical fibers. She was a research faculty member at Rutgers University at 1993-1995. From 1992-1993 she was a Senior Fulbright Scholar at both Brown University (Providence R.I) and Rutgers University (Piscataway, NJ) where she conducted innovative research on photosensitive and low refractive index hybrids synthesized via sol-gel techniques for fiber optic and photonic applications. She has published over 60 papers (including three book chapters) as well as authored several patents and patent applications in the field of synthesis, structural modification and application of polymers and specialty materials. Anna is frequently invited to speak on national and international conferences as well as seminars at domestic and foreign universities.
Drew Glista
Our Product Marketing consultant covering Department of Defense agencies is Andrew S. Glista Jr. Upon his retirement from a 36-year career with the US Navy, Mr. Glista founded and remains President of Liteboard Technology, a consulting firm. Prior to his retirement from the Navy, he was Technology Manager for Photonic and Semiconductor Technology Development at the Naval Air Systems Command and a NAVAIR Fellow (NAVAIR’s highest technical excellence award). As Technology Manager, he was responsible for technology development, systems demonstrations, flight test demonstrations and technology transition to major weapons systems. Mr. Glista also served as NAVAIR coordinator for electronics and electro-optic manufacturing technology programs. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Youngstown State University.
Kenneth Lopez
Ken is responsible for all marketing functions, communications, advertising, business developement, and customer interface at HGT. He also proides oversight and guidance for business support functions. Ken joined HGT with more than 20 years of marketing, sales, and business management experience, including international marketing with Johnson & Johnson Sector Direct Division marketing to the worldwide military resale system. Ken holds a BA in Business Management from Immaculata University.
Fatma Khij
Fatma is a Product Development Engineer. She has over 25 years of laboratory experience in the fieldof ceramic materials and holds a Masters Degree in Ceramic and Materials Science from a Moscow University.
